It is a part of the Tuan Chau International Tourism and Recreation Complex that has been completedly changed the scenery of the island and living standard of the local inhabitants. The hotel consists of three elements, the Seaside Villas Beach Front, the Seaside Villas Promenade and the Pine Hill Villas. The Seaside Villas Beach Front has 10 villas located on the beach. At each villa, there is a receptionist and 2 lounges. Each villa contains of 4 deluxe rooms with garden view or seaview. Rooms are impressive. All have balconies, high quality wooden furniture and block floors, and large bathrooms. Superior bathrooms have corner baths, and deluxe bathrooms have a spa shower and bath. The Seaside Villas Promenade is located in the hill opposite of Beachfront. Rooms and setting are the same as Seaside Villas Beach Front. The Pine Hill Villas consisting of 24 villas decorated with Vietnamese-styled furniture is located in the pine hill near the gate of Tuan Chau Island. Each villa has its own swimming pool. For dining, the Vietnamese food is served at three restaurants of Ngoc Chau, Thuy Dinh and Pearl Garden on the "Culinary Street".
