Built in 2004, the fifteen-storey Ha Long Dream hotel is located in the centre of the Bai Chay tourist area of Ha Long City.

Ha Long Dream Hotel offers 184 guest rooms with views of Ha Long Bay. All are a good size, well equipped and have firm bebs. Standard bathrooms are on the small side, but are good quality.

Trang An Bar Café located at the mezzanine floor has a large bar and a stage suitable for live music performances. Hanoi restaurant is attractive and well designed with good furniture and nice decoration. The restaurant serves an array of international cuisines.
